It's going to be very cold the next few days before temperatures warm up in Stark County.

The National Weather Service is predicting a high near 38 degrees and mostly sunny skies on Feb. 10. The forecast high is near 32 degrees for Feb. 9, when the low will be around 22.

But before that warmer air appears, expect snow and plummeting temperatures from Feb. 6 through Feb. 7, as a strong Alberta Clipper tracks through the Great Lakes. Dangerous wind chills, as low as 17 degrees below zero are expected by the morning of Feb. 7.

On Feb. 5, expect a high near 21 degrees and an overnight low around 14.

Forecasters predict it will be quite cold with times of clouds and sun. Throughout the day, wind will be blowing southwest at 5.8 miles per hour.
